orientation: vertical menu, expanding vertically
- the global menu setting was set to “vertically expanding”
(Global tab/Behaviour/Type of menu/)
- main items emphasized with capitals and bold letters
- items/subitems with same colour codes as main items - further pages would reflect this
- hovering effect only by setting submenu text to bold
- notice that I have use slightly different darkness at the text to achieve a similar shade no matter what colour the background had (which means that to get the same darkness/contrast text you need to set it lighter on lighter backgrounds)
- width of the menu according to longest item
- item separation with 1 px dark brown line
- to prevent a double border on left and right side of submenu I have set block to x-offset minus 1px
