(nostalgic look back)
the first 'big' site of more than 100 pages. with many pics and buttons. the fiddling and fighting with the first WYSIWYG HTML editors, the thoroughly erading of generated code, the poor implemented standards in webbrowsers and the learning curve of css...
but also the ambition of creating intelligent site sturctures, the concept to make a large gallery with thumbnail choice and fastloading enlarged images.
good navigagtion's options and nice plastic backgrounds and real 3D- buttons (in a 3D program)
and finally I had it online - wow - yeah, there it was much different from so far black-background artist's sites or blueviolet hyperlink-text-running 200 characters in width...
but nowadays - who aside from individuals, artists or music bands, would spend so much time on creation of rolloverbuttons and background images to create a cyberspacious atmosphere ...
